What's worse is the damn Crown Royal XR that George Brett gave to the team. Now everyone is calling asking if we have that.
On a related note, have many people been asking about the Remy 1738?

Re: Bourbon Thread

Yeah sorry I worded that poorly. I've had Green Spot, which is good and around $55 bottle. Not sure if it's worth it, and would be interested taste it side by side with Redbreast (from the same parent company). I hadn't tried Yellow Spot, since it's around double the price of Green Spot and I'm gues...

Re: Bourbon Thread

Yellow Dot is around at quite a few places. I know Mikes and Berbiglia both have it (for cheaper I think). Honestly for that price I would rather grab 2 bottles of Knappogue Castle 12. Probably getting it mixed up eith green spot which is $55 Yeah sorry I worded that poorly. I've had Green Spot, wh...

Re: Bourbon Thread

Weller 12 is a casualty of the current Bourbon bubble. It's partially a product also of the craze for anything Pappy-related. It's long been passed around (whether right or wrong), that Weller 12 is chosen from the same stock that Pappy Lot B comes from. Couple that information with the current fre...

Re: Bourbon Thread

I'm sure this is well covered in this thread or another, but what in short is the deal with Weller 12 in KS/MO? Neither state gets great allocations so finding it anywhere consistently in the KC metro is hit or miss? In OK, most all stores have bottles of all sizes in stock year round from my experi...

Re: CHIEEEEEEEEEEFS!!! EOM

Football could not start at a better time. I don't feel Houston was a great test for our team, so looking forward to seeing how we play tonight. I'm really curious about how the new touchdown celebration song will affect the atmosphere. I voted for the song that won and support the rationale for ch...

Re: Best Areas

I would consider staying at the Country Club Plaza, which will provide pretty easy access to Westport, Waldo and downtown. Not to mention the easiest and quickest route to the stadium. May be difficult to navigate when coming in from out of town but a pretty straight shot. Any of the fine places yo...
