They do get it wrong every once in a while. I usually don't catch it until I'm trying to submit an approved label to various states and they call it out. The TTB is quick to fix it though.

No mention of Weston tie, though breweries don't generally advertise when they sub out.
Whoa, that domain name really threw me for a loop for a second.
Yeah, me too.

Re: Martin City Brewing opening a location at Mission Farms

I work within walking distance so this is going to be dangerous for me. I am curious about parking though. Doesn't seem like there is very much available for as busy as I expect his location to be! As most people that have been to Martin City will tell you, Parking spaces and Martin city don't real...

Re: Martin City Brewing opening a location at Mission Farms

Sorry for the delay. I didn't want to get any of this information wrong. That, and I'm just a brewer, the new Mission Farms location is a separate taproom and I'm not much of a restaurant running guy. The new location at 4000 Indian Creek parkway will be very similar to the Pizza and Tap location at...

Re: Martin City Brewing Company Releases. Now with Events!

Today we released our Five Second Rule spontaneous fermented beer. In 2015, we took boiling hot wort from our brewhouse and transported it in special containers to the Whorton farm in Belton. Overnight, as the wort cooled, the natural bacteria and yeast in the air fell into the wort and began to fer...

Re: 2017 KC Area Beer Fests

Anyone heard anything about Hopfest? Their site is a 404 now and their social is silent... http://www.waldohopfest.com That was one my favorite beerfest of the year. Hope it's not gone away! I can't imagine it would being as popular as it was. George still running the Well and Lews? He is the one t...

Re: Untappd Verified Venues

I use the verified venues for two purposes, first to check a tap list before I head to a place, and second I set up alerts to be notified when new beers are put on tap at my favorite bars. I have made special trips out of my way because of a particular beer on tap at a venue I don't regularly frequ...

Re: Untappd Verified Venues

I have a very serious question about the untappd verified venue. Is this something that you are truly looking for as a beer drinker? And on a different angle, is this something that you think that beer drinkers who aren't necessarily educated in beer are looking for? I talked with the untappd team a...

Re: Martin City Brewing Company Releases. Now with Events!

Available at the brewery and coming next week to stores and bars, The Bourbon Barrel Abbey is making it's triumphant return. This time it was only aged for 10 months in fresh bourbon barrels. Strong bourbon aroma with cherry, plum, leather, english toffee, and chocolate round out the taste. This is ...
