Re: Local COLA labels approval

The Prairie program costs just under $4000 per barrel and yields anywhere from the low 300s to the mid 400s in number of bottles. The adjuncts that are chosen will make a huge difference in bottle yield.

City Barrel, they're not even open yet!

I've got a good hunch about them though. ;)

Re: New In August

Will Missouri see La Boheme? If so, what's the timeframe? Love this beer, miss this beer. https://twitter.com/PerennialBeer/status/1024714731821719558?s=19 They replied to one of their social accounts that their barrel aged beers don't go to distribution. Strange, we have always gotten La Boheme in...

All of the Buckley variants look fun!

I have most of the SP fruited small format bottles. Next time you're in town, shoot me a message and we can chat.

Re: Anyplace have BKS on tap?

I don't think their beers are really over-hyped at all. Maybe more so right when they opened.

Everything that is there currently is really good. Especially the current batch of Holstein with Oddly Correct Ethiopian coffee. Just silly good.

Are you looking for any specific SP or Casey bottles?

Nope. Taproom only.

They are open on Sundays now as well.
