Gimme some of that Brandy Land! I wonder if BLVD will do want prairie is doing with custom barrel aged stouts for people. I've seen some insane flavor combinations. I think people raise like 1500$ or something and they get like 500+ bottles of custom BA stout. I have always wanted BLVD to roll their sleeves up and do some monster stouts like 3 Floyds style/Bottle Logic style, I'm happy to hear BLVD is ticking some AB brandy action!

The Prairie program costs just under $4000 per barrel and yields anywhere from the low 300s to the mid 400s in number of bottles. The adjuncts that are chosen will make a huge difference in bottle yield.

I never thought I would see the day when Weston Brewing Co. brews an Imperial Pilsner with rye and spruce at the same time that Boulevard brews a Blonde Ale.
