Twisted Pine Ghost Face Killah

Postby beastiefan » March 19th, 2012, 9:47 am

I was very happy to find a bottle at Lukas in Martin City. Only 2 more bottles were left in case anyone is interested. I worry about drinking this by myself, will need a few people to assist.

This beer is not intended for human consumption. Use it to clean your driveway or to strip paint. Seriously, this beer tastes like "ouch".

Yeah I might try a ~2oz pour, but that it. Anything brewed with peppers where the brewers had to wear masks and gloves to make it scares me. Make sure to have a quart of ice cream and a gallon of milk handy, just saying.

I have a fairly high tolerance for heat (I used to eat habaneros when I worked at Whole Foods because customers found it exceedingly entertaining) so I kinda want to try this even though I don't enjoy the really hot beers I have at homebrew comps and prefer more of the fruity flavor of the pepper. I have not yet had a commercial beer I thought was too hot but I haven't exactly made it a point to drink chili beers either.

Thanks but no thanks. Have fun with that.

My sister and I drank one after its first release. The beer is just hot. Nothing else. Its a untasty gimmick.
