Nice. Gf plated one on the proper stuff for me... but had to do it at home and airborn contamination took off before anything from the beer. Bottle i used was not a super bad one either.

Cracked a 2015 last night. Sure enough, tart soy sauce - I finally ran across a bad bottle! It almost feels like an accomplishment.

I opened my last two bottles of this stuff this weekend. Both infected.

So the final tally for me was 2 good bottles, 3 bad bottles, and a refund obtained for 4 bottles. Net gain: $15. Thanks, A-B! I appreciate it, but will go back to not buying your beer now.

I hope you at least got a pour of 2017 somewhere. I haven't cracked open a 2017 bottle yet, but I thought it was great fresh on draft. One of the best ones I remember. Assuming the draft pour reflects the bottle experience, I don't think this is one that will improve with aging, because it was already so well rounded.

Nah, I honestly don't see myself going out of my way for Bourbon County at any point in the future. There's so many good barrel-aged Imperials on the market these days.

Also, just due to me being me, this beer makes a terrible choice for going out and drinking somewhere. If I'm not at home with a good couple of hours or so late at night to kill it, it's not happening.
