Is the COLA information for breweries in KS available at all?

KS is available and I put the local ones on here but the issue is most breweries in KS are not required to get TTB COLA Approval. According to Kansas law "Labels for beer products sold solely within Kansas do not need a Certification of Label Approval (COLA)." Since most of the Kansas breweries are only selling in-state we don't get a lot of approval request. This could be changing if we see these newer KS breweries distribute more, especially if they are shipping it over to MO.

LOL I was just looking into this. I found https://www.kdor.ks.gov/apps/liquorlice ... iveBrands/ but it does not work the same as TTB, from what I can tell I am not able to see the label and what is the fun in that  It also gives very little detail about the beer, but if someone has a link that would let me look at the label and sort by date of some sort please let me know and I will start reviewing them.

So you are posting stuff once its gets approved right?

I was pretty psyched that we were able to submit for and get label approval for cans in Kansas. I wasn’t looking forward to a 1 state launch of a beer that we have specific schedule we are trying to stick with.

Yea, I am just posting them once COLA's website post them, which would be after approval. I don't believe I have access to see them before the approval. The Kansas approval site does not let me see date of approval so I am not sure how to only review the newest ones from that aspect.
