Had a '14 Boulevard BBQ last night -- it was doing this bananas foster thing.. personally I enjoyed it. Unlike an BBQ I've had before, drink it now!

I actually know what you mean with that description for BBQ. Mmmm, esters.

I had a 2011 last Sunday. It was still great. But that is about the limit I would think. Banana esters had mellowed back out and in came the mellow barrel, cherry and quad characteristics!

I had a 2014 Rye on Rye last night, sort of inspired by the Sazerac release, I guess. The "best before" date on the back says 11/2015, and I would have to agree with that. It has already started to go downhill, and probably would have been better 6-8 months ago.

If you have any 2014 Rye on Rye, it's probably a bit too late, but hurry up and drink it now!

This Crane Kumquat is as good as it's gonna get right now in my opinion. The kumquats toned down a little & you get reisling & sweet and sour/lime flavored on the mix.
