Just starting a thread for all of us with beer cellars, to post when you feel a beer is at its peak, or at the very least should not be aged any longer.
I'll start:
2013 Blvd Saison-Brett. I had a bottle of this 2 nights ago and it was excellent. I really can't imagine it improving any more from here on out. If you have some bottles of this vintage, drink it now!
