I'll have to try some crown valley. They seem to be trending upwards.
Tonight I started with a Mothers Milf and then went to a 2012 expedition. The Milf is at a point where I don't see an advantage to holding it any longer. No heat, very integrated, subdued in slightly negative fashion for sure. It is still expressive and relating of the variety of barrels used but it doesn't really jump with any sort of vibrancy. Consequently the cacao is more evident in the flavor than before. I will be drinking my last one soon based on tonight's experience.
For me expedition continues to gain traction as one of the best beers on the world. It is accessible, delicious fresh, and shows dividends with aging. It's velvety body and continued roastiness make a year seem like a perfect starting point on aging this guy. But shit is it good immediately. I like that.

Sixpoint Resin. Yum.

Got this a couple of days ago, super fresh. So, so balanced.

2nd Shift Mullineaux.

It's like a fresh Dupont without the green bottle funk. Very dry, highly carbonated. This is really tasty. I had the wine barrel aged version earlier. If your a saison fan definitely check this out.

Shock Top Chocolate Wheat

This is possibly the spawn of a illicit affair between coco crispies and blue moon. On the bottle it says "aged on coco and vanilla beans AND with natural flavors." Is the coco and vanilla not a natural flavor. I'm drinking coal tar.

A buddy left it at my house. Had to at least try it.

Drinking a fsw 17. Holy smokes, this is a top notch beer. The blending worked out so well on this.

Bourbon County Backyard Rye. This is an amazing beer. The berry pop in the finish is perfectly balanced and the lack of alcohol heat serves this brew well. Really, really impressed.

Tried Nathalius by Omnipollo tonight. This was the first time I've ever been tempted to rinse my mouth out with caustic after having a beer. This was nasty stuff.

Free State's Cloud hopper. Hell of a nose. Really enjoyed it.
