Grain to Glass is hosting its 3rd annual BJCP-authorized homebrew competition, accepting entries August 18th-Sept. 1st, from BJCP Categories 23-26, and #28. Two 12 oz bottles are required; entry fee is $8. You will receive feedback on your beers; medals and awards to top three in each category. Judging will be Sept. 8th-12th; winners announced at the awards dinner, Saturday Sept. 12th (See Events).

The competition will be judged with the new 2015 BJCP style guidelines; two 12 oz bottles are required (larger ones accepted, too). More info can be found on the competition site.
Entries can be dropped off at Grain to Glass (16th & Swift, NKC) starting August 18th, through September 1st.
This is a good way to get feedback on your beers, and a chance to win a medal and prizes!

The deadline to enter and drop off your beers is Tuesday, August 30th. Judging is Sept. 6-10th.
The Awards Ceremony is Sunday, Sept. 11th, 5-8 PM. The guest speaker will be Gordy Gerski, who started his brewing career at The Power Plant (Parkville), and is now the Production Manager at The Lost Abbey. He'll share his experiences, and samples, too!
There will be an auction of beer schwag to fund reStart shelter.
