Grain to Glass is offering a series of topics, of interest to homebrewers (and smaller breweries) each month, on the 2nd Wednesday--at 7 PM.
Here are the first three programs:
Jan. 11th: Bottle Conditioning and the use of Dry (lyophilized) Yeast
Feb. 8th: Malts & Check Your Mill (bring sample)
March 8th: Brewing Water Chemistry
We'll be looking for other topics that people want to learn more about--and will be looking for technical experts to speak with us (perhaps via Skype).
Grain to Glass is in North Kansas City, at 1611 Swift. There is no charge to attend; beers on tap and in bottles for your enjoyment.
