I found this linked in a homebrewing forum, and thought some others might appreciate the data. Skip to the end, fig 9, for the best graph. Seems to indicate that for most oil compounds, the 20 minute addition contribution is minimal.

I'm a big fan of loading up the hop bill at the end of boil for my IPAs and pale ales, but up until now it was entirely anecdotal experience and didn't know how that looked as data.
