I just started coffee roasting at home. Anyone else do that?

I used to when I was in the coffee biz. Never had anything fancy, just used a hot air popcorn popper.

I have a friend who uses a popcorn popper. Ironically his name is also Tim.

I bought an air roaster from Jet at a great price and a sampler pack of beans from Sweet Maria's. So far, so good.

It's fun, and it seems like green coffee is much easier to come by these days (not so much 20 years ago)
