A chance to drink johnf justifies the price...

That's what I was thinking. Who cares about "Side Project" or "Russian River", lol. I am going to be there.

@JeremyDanner - Whats your take on Taps & Taste tickets still being available for purchase, especially Early Admission? - Did Boulevardia drastically increase number of available tickets this year or has demand really dropped off that much? - I've always enjoyed the festival and T&T so just curious on the disconnect from this year to past when selling within minutes for VIP and a couple of days for general.

Ticket sales are right around what they were last year at this time. I think we're looking at a combination of a few factors here. I would say that pricing and awareness of what the event actually is are the two main ones. Whenever you sell something out super quickly like we did in the first year, it's an indication that maybe the price was a little low. I also feel like the first year, when we sold through all of the Taps & Tastes tickets within minutes, there were a lot of people who purchased tickets who didn't really understand what a beer festival was, but knew they wanted to attend because they love BLVD. I fielded a lot of questions that year where I needed to explain what a beer fest is and how it works so I'd guess that a lot of people who wouldn't normally attend a beer fest bought tickets that year and then realized that a beer festival isn't something they necessarily enjoy.

I also think it speaks to the fact that there are just a lot more beer events happening around town lately and folks are having to choose where to spend their money versus going to every event when there was just a handful of beer festivals.

Does that make sense?

Has there been a beer list published for T&T yet?

Not yet. As in years past, the beer list will be shared when the updated version of the BLVDia app goes live. That will happen soon!

The lineup this years looks amazing, so many great beers and a lot of barrel aged goodness :)

Super-excited about the lineup! I was wondering if you could clarify a few beers that I was trying to match up to Untappd?
  1. American Solera Dilemma Stout - Not seeing just a plain Dilemma. Any idea which variety? Cirque, Maple, Mocha, Cinnamon Toast, Chocolate, Bob's, Turkish?
  2. Crane Trill - Couldn't find this one. New beer yet to be added?
  3. Crane Township 49 - Ditto
  4. Defiance Orange Cream - Ditto, though there is one by Defiant
  5. Firestone Walker Krieky Bones - Any idea which batch?
  6. Firestone Walker Sour Opal - Batch?
  7. Jester King Provenance Lemon Lime - Batch?
  8. Jester King Whytchmaker - Batch?
  9. Jester King Colour Five - Batch?
  10. Kros Strain Fairy Nectar London - Variety?
  11. Logboat Fibye - Couldn't find this. Is this supposed to be Flybye, or new beer?
  12. Public House Sour-endipity - Couldn't find, new beer yet to be added?
  13. Samuel Adams Rye Gose - Yet to be added?
  14. Uinta 25th Anniversary Imperial Pilsner - Yet to be added?

Any insights you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone seen a brewery layout for T&T? Got to make my plan of attack (it's a slow day at the office)
