2014- vanilla bomb
2015- sweet brown sugar , boozy
2016 - GREEN APPLE BOMB, very hot, needs age

Nice event so far, no sell out like last year

That sucks it's still conditioning but they're selling it. Give it 6 months and that green Apple will go away.

oh yeah totally! definitely aging this bottle!!!! its just way to fresh for me haha. I like em old!

McCoy's doesn't bottle condition their beers.

I didn't think the 2016 was that bad. I didn't detect any acetaldehyde, but the whiskey character was a little sharp for my taste. I will definitely age my bottle to let it mellow. The 2014, on the other hand, was difficult to drink. The alcohol wasn't quite fusel, but it didn't seem far from it.

The 2015 was amazing. Drink it now!

I didn't think it was bad at all just very hot! I love Ursa and I hoard bottles all year. I hope it gets better with age. JD I didn't know about that, probably should have since I haven't noticed any trub. Yeah missed Paul Rudd I guess lol?

Just a drinkers opinion, so thank you for clarification as I may have misused a word. Since it's not pasteurized will the green Apple flavor phase out of the beer over time?
