I am pretty sure 9 works but we'll probably have to stop there. Looking forward to meeting Jason and Nick.

It is general trivia, I think last time they had categories about books, movies, TV shows, chemistry (super easy questions like what is H2O, seriously), some word game type stuff etc. So lots of pop culture with a few random topics thrown in. The only other bar trivia I have played is at The Brick. Compared to that (which was a humbling experience for me), this is easier questions and far less competitive. Plus the beer is better.

Just as a general note, I've played 3 times now. The last time was very humbling. I think we got one question right and when teams tap you on a question you have no idea, it makes you feel like a basket of retard.

I joked last time that I was waiting for the "southern California nanobreweries" category.

Yes and no, at least for me. If they tap you, that means they don't know the answer either. We figured out last time though that this can be used as an offensive strategy. Pick the most difficult category, hope for a difficult question and then tap the weak team when you can't answer it.

I'm a silly man, and I forgot that Psychic Ills and Prince Rama are playing the Jackpot in Lawrence on this night - I'll have to join you guys next month, assuming you do it again.

If y'all decide to do this again, and need another man, I'd be game. I have been told, on several occasions, that I am "a fountain of useless knowledge". Translation: STFU Greg, unless or until we need you for a trivia-based team competition."
