Bourbon Thread

Just an a FYI.

I picked up a bottle of the latest batch of Stagg JR at HyVee Stateline, they had another bottle on the shelf. Also for any folks who like wheaters, they had Bernheim Small batch on closeout.

Yeah it was on closeout for $20. Considering I bought the normal Bernheim for 35 just the week before its a pretty good deal.

Yeah, I was able to poach 2 x 1.75 of Weller 12 from Mikes. I have to have some variety.

I think I am going to pick up some Old Granddad 114 tomorrow. Four Roses Yellow and Old Overholt were both ridiculously cheap at Midtown Gomers today.

Picked up a bottle of OGD 114 recently and I think it's a great value. I believe it was ~$20 at Lukas (KS).

I'm just not a big fan of that high rye mashbill. Not a huge fan of Bookers or Basil Haydens either.
