Crane membership

Post by bigpete » October 16th, 2017, 8:10 pm

$100, 2 years, 4 beers, was it worth the time or money? I haven't opened 1 bottle yet, and probably won't after having them on draught. If I can get $100 of drinkable beer for them, It will be the best thing to come out of this membership and not just the kick to the balls they were nice enough to charge $100 for. I will never drink a Crane beer again without being paid to.

I agree about the membership. I can't believe they charged members $25/bottle for the extras too. None of the beers have been worth half that IMO.

It was a kickstarter. I got beer and no one took off with my $100. Can't be too upset.

I feel like I at least broke even in tap room discounts and early dibs on a couple of the other beers. Could the beers have been better yes but I don't feel slighted.

My ideal lineup would have been BA tea weiss, BA orange gose, Mexican Illuminati, Tangerine Vanilla Scythe & Stave (have not had this one).
